- Wide coverage - "High" ADSL plans are available in all current ADSL service areas.
- High speed plans will not appear in the Online Signup or Plan Changer unless your phone service is connected to a Telstra enabled telephone exchange.
- Minimum speed - 1500k/256k.
- Maximum possible speed obtainable, depends on the length and quality of your phone line from your telephone exchange, the type of ADSL modem you are using and technological constraints of the phone line.
- Maximum Possible Speeds: 8000k/384k
- Internode do not guarantee that customers who select these High speed plans will be able to obtain the full quoted speed.
- Some customers may have phone services that are connected to Telstra RIM devices. In these cases, Telstra may limit the maximum speed of your service - this is outside of the control of Internode.
- Extreme® ADSL2+ Notes:

- Extreme plans will not appear in the Online Signup or Plan Changer unless your phone service is connected to an Agile ADSL2+ enabled telephone exchange.
- Click here for important information about ADSL2+ Speeds

2. Service Activation
Business ADSL services are normally provisioned within 7-10 business days and Activated by Internode no later that 7 days thereafter at which time Internode will commence billing the customer.
3. Billing:
Internode recommend a monthly billing arrangement, as any requested

changes to your service on a monthly basis, whereas if you are being

- Similarly, there are no surcharges for any of the quarterly payments options - BPay, Direct Credit, Cheque, Money Order, Cash or EFTPOS.
- Please note that the first monthly or quarterly service charge, plus activation fee and any hardware charges, must be paid in full before Internode allow access to your service.

messages are sent to your Internode email address. Please refer to the
