• The Relocation form is for relocating an existing Internode ADSL service only. If you wish to transfer from another Internet provider to Internode, please use the normal "Signup Online" links. A field is provided to indicate that you wish to transfer an existing ADSL service to Internode.
• If you are with another ADSL provider and you wish to transfer or churn your ADSL service to Internode, use the normal "Signup Online" links above.
• If you are unable to signup online download the appropriate form, fill it in, sign it, and fax, post or otherwise deliver it back to us!
