Covering the six months to February 2010, this is the third survey in a row that Internode has topped the Roy Morgan poll of broadband customers. In the survey, customer satisfaction with Telstra Bigpond was 65.3 per cent. Details are available on the Roy Morgan website.

Earlier this month, Internet comparison website Broadband Expert anointed Internode “Australia’s favourite home broadband provider” after an online speed test to rate broadband providers. In the six-month test held from November 1, 2009, Broadband Expert received 6697 customer responses for 11 ISPs. By topping the poll, Internode was crowned the most popular provider with a score of 84 per cent.

Internode is Australia’s largest privately owned broadband service provider, with more than 450 employees and 190,000 customers nationally using its internationally-linked IPv6-enabled network.
