Internode still clear leader in ISP customer satisfaction
Based on a survey of more than 6000 Australian Internet customers during the six months to September 2011, Roy Morgan reports that 93 per cent of Internode customers describe themselves as 'Very Satisfied' or 'Fairly Satisfied' with its service. The survey reports the ISP industry average remains at 74 per cent.
Internode is Australia's largest privately owned broadband service provider, with around 200,000 customers nationally using its internationally-linked, IPv6-enabled network.
Last week, for the second time, Internode was named Australia's Best Internet Service Provider in the annual League of Exceptional Service survey run by AFR Smart Investor Magazine. Since 2008, Internode has repeatedly topped independently-run customer satisfaction surveys conducted by organisations such as Roy Morgan Research, the Australian Broadband Survey, Australian PC & Tech Authority, Canstar Blue, and Choice.
