Internode tops Roy Morgan ISP poll again with 91%
Internode's latest chart-topping result, with a 91 per cent customer approval rating, continues the momentum it has built by claiming the survey's top spots in February, March, May, and June this year. Internode's outstanding customer satisfaction performance for July 2013 - the latest released survey results - follows its success winning Roy Morgan's Home ISP of the Year award for both 2011 and 2012.
Roy Morgan Research has 70 years experience in collecting objective, independent information on consumers. Its Customer Satisfaction ratings are collected from Roy Morgan's Single Source survey of approximately 50,000 Australians annually - the world's largest ongoing single source survey.
The Roy Morgan's July report into ISP customer satisfaction also demonstrates the success of the "house of brands" strategy maintained by Internode's parent company iiNet Ltd: The top three positions were held by Internode, iiNet, and Adam Internet, which was acquired by iiNet last month. In fact, the only other company to hold the Home ISP of the Month title this year, WestNet, is also an iiNet brand.
