Internode again presents WOMADelaide in 2015
Internode has again renewed its Presenting Partner sponsorship for WOMADelaide 2015, which attracted about 90,000 people to Botanic Park in March this year – more than one third from interstate.
As in previous years, Internode will provide high definition live-streams of headline acts performing on Internode Centre Stage, which will allow music-lovers who can’t attend WOMADelaide to view and listen to these shows for free over any broadband service.
Sponsorship Manager for Internode, Alicia Phillis, said the renewed sponsorship demonstrated the brand’s commitment to South Australia. "We love WOMADelaide for the way it lets people enjoy cultures of the world in a village green atmosphere," she said.

As well as live-streaming WOMADelaide shows, for which Internode negotiates a full-rights clearance with all artists involved, Internode will again run its Internode Lounge, which contains a free mobile phone chargebar, a Cibo Espresso and gelateria, and a great place to unwind from the festival excitement.
WOMADelaide Marketing Manager Nicola Prime said Internode was now a familiar part of the festival experience. "Internode adds great value through its free WiFi coverage of Botanic Park and especially by livestreaming shows which share the WOMADelaide experience with people who can’t attend," she said.
WOMADelaide, ‘the world’s festival’ and a highlight of the Adelaide entertainment calendar, is part of the global cycle of WOMAD (World of Music Arts and Dance) events held around the world each year. Learn more at http://www.womadelaide.com.au/.
