Setting up a Fetch service
The standard Fetch plan is available on a Monthly Contract.
You need to purchase a set top box, and have the choice of $89.99 for the Fetch Mini 4K set top box, or $399.99 for the Fetch Mighty set top box.
No early cancellation charges apply to the Fetch service.
Requirements
You will require an Internode broadband service, that is, ADSL2+, NBN, or Fibre to the Premises broadband. You will also need a compatible broadband router, and a Fetch set top box to connect a Fetch service. A digital TV aerial is also needed for free-to-air television.
Channel Packs and World TV Packs are available. Fetch requires minimum internet download speed of 3Mbps and 4K resolution requires minimum download speed of 15Mbps.
Total Minimum Cost
The total minimum cost for Fetch depends on your chosen Internode broadband service and chosen Fetch set top box model, as shown in the following table. Please note that if you need to purchase other equipment or arrange premises cabling, then your total costs may be higher.
The following table shows the total minimum cost for Fetch with:

Important legal information
- The cost of all Fetch services is in addition to your monthly Internode broadband access fee. Fetch is delivered over your broadband, so if you cancel your broadband service, your Fetch service will also be cancelled automatically.
- The Fetch service offers content for purchase. Please note that buying content gives you access so long as you have your current Fetch account. This access will be lost if your account is cancelled or deactivated.
- Internode does not provide any Fetch services for Internode dialup or mobile products.
Make sure you've read and understood Internode's Customer Relationship Agreement and the Fetch TV Service Description.
Billing and Notifications
Invoices and Internode Bulletins are sent to your Internode email address or nominated billing address.
As per the Internode Customer Relationship Agreement, payment for all recurring charges is required monthly in advance. This means that your first invoice will have the setup fee, and the monthly plan fees for your service for the first 2 months. TV and Movie purchases, and Movie Rentals are charged monthly in arrears.
Posting of paper invoices is available, but discouraged for environmental reasons. If requested, this will attract a $1.50 surcharge per invoice. Surcharges also apply to credit card payments. Full details on surcharges and payment options are available on our Accounts and Billing pages.
