If you have chosen automatic Credit Card payments, you can avoid the card surcharge. Simply pay the full amount due by any other payment method before the credit card payment date. For more information on how to do this, see our page on Avoiding the Surcharge.
Suspended Accounts
Should your account be suspended due to non payment of bills, your Internet access will be restricted. During this restriction, you will only be able to access the Internode web site.
Your Internet access will be restored when you pay the outstanding overdue amount. This usually happens within two hours of Internode receiving your payment.
Please take note of the Payment Times in the table above. If your payment method is not Immediate, your account will remain suspended until Internode receives your funds.
The fastest way to restore service to a suspended account is to:
- Make an immediate online payment via credit card; or
- use our 24x7 pay by phone service by calling 1300 553 233; or
- call us on 13 NODE (13 66 33).
