Grandfathered plans
A grandfathered plan is an old plan that Internode has removed from sale. If you're on a grandfathered plan, you can keep using it if you like. Your features, quota, price, and everything else stays the same. Or, if one of our current plans suits you better, you can simply request a plan change.
Grandfathered NodePhone VoIP plans
There is one grandfathered NodePhone plan - NodePhone1. If you have an existing NodePhone1 service, you're welcome to remain this plan. NodePhone1 is no longer available to new customers.
NodePhone1 provided 'outbound' VoIP calls only. Note these services may be cancelled if they have not made any billable calls for more than 12 months - you will be notified prior to any such cancellation.
