Channel packages were only available to Fetch TV Full customers and could be subscribed to at any time through My Internode.

The total minimum cost depended on the setup option and plan that you selected, as shown in the following table. Please note that if you needed to purchase equipment or arrange premises cabling, then your total costs may have been higher.

Equipment Requirements
You required a compatible broadband router and a Fetch TV set top box to connect a Fetch TV service.
Fetch TV Full services were available in selected areas and required:
- An Internode ADSL2+ service with a high connection speed via an Internode DSLAM; and
- A compatible broadband router.
Fetch TV Lite was available to customers with an Internode ADSL2+, Fibre to the Premises, or Fixed-Wireless broadband service, and could be used with any broadband Internet router that has a spare Ethernet port.
Important Legal Information
- The cost of all Fetch TV services is in addition to your monthly Internode broadband access fee.
- Internode does not provide any Fetch TV services for Internode dialup or 3G products.
If you chose the 24 month contract option:
- The maximum early termination fee for a Fetch TV service subscription is $430.
- An additional $299 non-return fee applies if you do not return the Fetch TV set top box in acceptable condition.
- Early termination fees are pro-rated over the contract term. You can view full details of early termination fees by downloading the Fetch TV Early Termination Fees document.
- Equipment non-return fees were not pro-rated over the contract term.
