General Terms and Conditions
Customers who applied for NodeMobile Data hardware on a repayment plan have entered an agreement with Internode. When you signed up for a service you agreed to the Internode Customer Relationship Agreement and Internode Mobile Hardware Service Description. These were Internode's standard terms and conditions for the Mobile Hardware.
Warranty
NodeMobile Data hardware comes with a 24 month manufacturer's warranty. The terms of this warranty are set out in the warranty documentation provided with the device. The benefits given to you under the manufacturer's warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have at law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Equipment Return
If, as part of a warranty claim, our support staff request that you return your hardware, you need to also return to us all associated cables, accessories, and components - within 14 days of you receiving the return freight bag we will send.
Should any components be missing, you will be charged the full purchase price for each missing component.
