These plans do not support 4G (LTE)
4G is only available on plans released after 16 July 2013. If you are on one of these plans and you require 4G support, please request a plan change to one of our current NodeMobile plans. Please also note that you will require a 4G capable handset, and be within a 4G coverage area.

Charges
Setup Charges
The setup charge for a NodeMobile service is $10 which includes your NodeMobile SIM, MicroSIM or NanoSIM; plus $5 delivery anywhere in Australia. You have the choice of a new mobile phone number, or porting your existing mobile phone number at no additional charge.
- All NodeMobile services are on a month by month contract,
with no early cancellation charge. - You can sign up for NodeMobile and obtain a new mobile phone number, or port your existing mobile phone number, for no additional charge.
Monthly Charges
NodeMobile is a 'post-paid' service that is billed monthly - in advance for the monthly plan rental charge, and in arrears for any charges that are not covered by the included value of the plan.
- There's no early cancellation charge with NodeMobile. Your only commitment is the 'one month rolling contract' that is inherent in paying one month's rental in advance on your service.
Plan Changes
You can request a plan change at any time on your NodeMobile service.
- A charge of $10 applies for each plan change; and the plan change will take effect at the start of the next calendar month.

Included Calls and Text
NodeMobile plans have a defined monthly inclusion of Standard Calls & Text; and the Value, Premium and Sixty plans also have an inclusion of Calls to NodeMobiles.

The Calls to NodeMobiles inclusion on the Value, Premium and Sixty plans provides a monthly amount of voice calls from your NodeMobile to other NodeMobile phone services - ideal for friends & family, or for a business mobile fleet.
It is important to understand that the two inclusions are independent of each other:
- All SMS & MMS messages to other NodeMobile services are allocated against your monthly Standard Calls & Text inclusion.
- All calls to other NodeMobile services are allocated against your monthly Calls to NodeMobiles inclusion.
- If you use all of the monthly Calls to NodeMobiles inclusion, any additional calls to NodeMobile services are charged at the standard rate for calls to Australian mobiles - they are not allocated against any remaining Standard Calls & Text inclusion.

Data & Social Media Charges
Excess data usage - beyond the monthly inclusion - is charged at 20 cents per MB.
Up to 30 June 2017, there was also a 150 GB per month inclusion of social media traffic for Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, LinkedIn, eBay, and Foursquare.
- The social media inclusion applied to the specific social media URLs only. For example, data traffic resulting from clicking on a link within Facebook to download content from another website would not have been included in the social media allowance, and would consume your regular data allowance.
- The social media inclusion applied to on-phone usage within Australia - it did not apply to any traffic accessed via 'tethering' (when your phone is used as a modem for other devices).
From 1 July 2017, support for a separate Social Media data inclusion was removed from this product. From 1 July 2017 all social media data usage is counted as part of the standard Monthly Included Data.

Equipment Requirements
You will require a compatible mobile phone handset to use the service; which is delivered via the Optus mobile network - your handset must be compatible with this network.
The mobile phone handset must be obtained at your cost, maintained, and operated by you, and remains your property beyond the termination of any service agreement with Internode. We do not provide technical support for your handset.
