Whirlpool Australian Broadband Survey98% thumbs up in 2011 surveyHeld by tech-savvy website Whirlpool, the Australian Broadband Survey was completed by 23,513 broadband consumers during January 2011. For the question, "would you recommend your current ISP to other people?", 98 per cent of responding Internode customers answered "yes"—the best result for any ISP listed in the 2011 survey. Internode also topped the table about ISP customer service with 70 per cent of respondents rating Internode's customer service as "excellent" while an additional 27.8 per cent rated it as "good". Internode also received the best rating for the question "were you happy with the reliability of your Internet connection in 2010?", with 84.3 per cent of respondents describing themselves as "very happy". |
